Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Sauna Monkey for your dry sauna rental. We are committed to providing you with a relaxing and seamless experience. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Notice
To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled dry sauna rental date.
Refunds
- 7 days or more before the rental start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 5 days before the rental start date: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled rental without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Changes to Reservation
Plans change, and we’re happy to accommodate. If you need to adjust your booking date or sauna type, we’ll do our best to assist based on availability. Additional fees may apply for changes.
Holiday & Long Weekend Reservations
For reservations made during holidays or long weekends, a minimum 2-day rental is required.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the cancellation notice.
