use lanterns (one in the auxiliary room, two in the sauna).
Note: Do not raise lanterns higher than the first shelf in the sauna.
2.7. – The sauna is a dry bath with an air temperature of 70–100°C.
2.8. – Before entering the sauna, remove makeup, contact lenses, glasses, jewelry, and
watches.
2.9. – Wear a light wool or felt cap on your head and slippers on your feet.
2.10. – Preheat the sauna for 1.5 to 2 hours before use.
2.11. – The sauna’s maximum temperature should not exceed 100°C, as indicated by the
wall-mounted thermometer.
2.12. – Essential oils, even when diluted with water, are prohibited.
2.13. – Alcohol-based tinctures of essential oils diluted in water are permitted.
2.14. – The typical sauna session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, but time spent in the steam room
should not exceed 35 to 40 minutes. Alternate between entering the steam room, cooling
down in water or fresh air, and resting. Limit steam room visits to 3-5 rounds.
3. Safety Precautions
3.1. – Be cautious around hot metal parts of the stove to avoid burns.
3.2. – Do not activate steam if someone is nearby, as it can cause burns.

5. Post-Sauna Procedures
After completing your sauna session, ensure the following steps are taken:
5.1. – Confirm that the fire in the stove has completely burned out.
5.2. – Fully close the ash pan and firebox door.
5.3. – Return any remaining firewood to the utility room.
5.4. – Open the ventilation openings and the doors to the utility room and the outside.
5.5. – Pour any remaining water from the bucket outside.
5.6. – Turn off the lanterns and store them in their proper place.
5.7. – After one hour, close the doors to the street, side, and rear doors.
6. Preparing the Sauna for Transport
Before transporting the sauna:
6.1. – Secure the door between the utility room and steam room.
6.2. – Close the door leading from the utility room to the outside.
6.3. – Close the rear doors.
6.4. – Remove the supports from under the trailer.
6.5. – Attach the trailer to the towing vehicle.
6.6. – Remove the wheel chocks.
7. Heating the Stove
Important: Before heating the stove, ensure no foreign objects are within a safe
distance from the stove or inside the sauna.
7.1. – Empty the ash pan.
7.2. – Arrange the firewood in the firebox to allow proper airflow between the logs. Larger
logs should be placed at the bottom, with smaller logs on top. Use logs with a diameter
of 8–12 cm. The recommended initial load is 5 kg of firewood.
7.3. – Place kindling on top of the firewood. Lighting from the top helps reduce
emissions.
7.4. – Light the kindling and close the door. Adjust the draft by opening the ash pan
slightly. Do not operate the stove with the firebox door open. Caution: The stove handles
become hot during use. Use the provided tools to open and close the firebox and ash
pan.
7.5. – Maintain sufficient draft for proper heating. Keep the ash pan slightly open while
the stove is heating. Too much draft can cause the stove to overheat and lead to fire
hazards.
7.6. – Excessive heating can shorten the stove’s life and increase fire risks. Allow the
stove, chimney, and sauna to cool down if necessary.
8. Fire Safety
8.1. – Before using the sauna, clients must read the fire extinguisher usage instructions
(displayed on the fire extinguisher).
8.2. – The fire extinguisher is located in the auxiliary room, to the right of the steam room
entrance.
